Limited Lifetime Warranty

Amelia Cabinet Company LLC, warrants its products to be destitute from physical defects in materials and workmanship within normal residential use & service for as long as the original customer owns the products and at the original site of installation only. This warranty shall be limited to the repair or exchange of any part(s) which may prove defective within normal home use during this period. Replacement of hardware (i.e. drawer slides, hinges, etc.) is subject to the availability from our suppliers. Defects not covered within this limited warranty include ones which are caused by improper storage, installation, misuse, neglect, or damages which may ensue during transport of our product if handled or carried by someone other than an Amelia Cabinet Company affiliate. Nor does it cover any expense involved in removing, shipping and reinstalling any items or products. This warranty applies only to defects and does not apply to the natural aging or mellowing of wood and wood finishes, nor to normal wear and tear. Amelia reserves the option of approving field repair or returning the cabinet(s) or component(s) to the factory for correction. We debar & are not responsible for any consequential damages or for any incidental damages arising out of the breach of any expressed, written, or implied warranty which relates to our products. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the previous limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty is in place of all other warranties expressed or implied. We will not assume, nor authorize any person or persons to assume for us any liability in connection with the sale of Amelia Cabinet Company’s products.

To file a warranty claim, the purchaser should contact a local authorized Amelia dealer who will assist in servicing the claim.
